Job description

LPN Position Overview

Northland Health Centers is hiring a part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to help maintain an efficient, high-quality flow of care in our onsite clinic. This role exists to support providers and patients by keeping each visit organized-from the moment a patient arrives through follow-up steps after the appointment.
You'll assist with patient care, help with scheduling and rooming for exams, and coordinate referrals and appointments. You'll also complete documentation follow-up and handle essential front-desk/office support, including ordering supplies.
Required qualifications/skills:
- Current LPN licensure from the North Dakota Board of Nursing
- Strong organization and communication skills to manage competing priorities and patient needs
If you're ready to apply your Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) skills in a clinic setting where quality and coordination matter, please apply.

How Your Week Flows

You'll follow a consistent, part-time rhythm across our onsite clinics: McClusky Wednesday–Thursday (8:00am–5:00pm) and Turtle Lake Friday (8:00am–3:30pm). As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you'll start by syncing with the provider team and front desk, then move between patient-facing moments and coordination work that keeps the day moving. Expect a steady cadence of checking what's next, answering questions, and making sure handoffs and follow-ups are in place-so each visit stays efficient, organized, and centered on quality care.
