• Facilitate weekly, evidence-based counseling sessions via live video chat, addressing the emotional and psychological needs of clients.

• Collaborate with psychiatric providers and fellow counselors to establish comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual client needs.

• Utilize automatically administered symptom self-assessments to monitor client progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Maintain organized and timely clinical documentation using our advanced electronic medical record (EMR) system, ensuring compliance and facilitating efficient care delivery.

• Participate in weekly live consultations with our Therapy Leadership Team for support and guidance on clinical challenges.

Your role will involve working with adult clients experiencing a range of emotional disorders, including anxiety, depression, and stress-related conditions. By applying structured therapeutic techniques and compassionate engagement, you will help these individuals navigate their challenges and achieve their mental health goals.

• A Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.

• Must hold a current Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) certification in Oregon.

• At least 2 years of relevant counseling experience, demonstrating a solid understanding of therapeutic principles and practices.

While not required, experience with telehealth platforms and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as CBT and CAMS (Collaborative Assessment and Management of Suicide) will be advantageous. Counselors with experience in crisis management and intervention will find this role particularly rewarding.

• Competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
