What You'll Do:

  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions
  • Complete biopsychosocial assessments and participate in treatment planning
  • Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, case managers, and the interdisciplinary treatment team
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment interventions as appropriate
  • Help create a safe, supportive, and therapeutic environment
  • Receive clinical supervision and continue developing your therapeutic skills

What You'll Bring:

  • Master's degree in Counseling or a closely related field
  • Passion for helping individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders
  • Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Valid Wisconsin driver's license

  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Why Join Us?

  • Clinical supervision to support your path toward independent LPC licensure!
  • Quarterly performance bonus opportunity!
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance after 60 days!
  • 401k with 3% company match!
  • PTO starts accruing on day one + paid holidays and sick time!
  • Free daily meal from our on-site kitchen!
  • Opportunity to gain valuable experience treating both substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders!
