Qualifications:

  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor or LPC-IT (state of Wisconsin)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide professional counseling services to Opportunity for Hope Clinic patients
  • Ability to develop individualized treatment plans that meet the needs of each client
  • Ability to build strong relationships with patients
  • Ability to provide a safe, supportive environment for patients to express their feelings and concerns
  • Ability to consult with other Mental Health team staff and respond to emergency situations if deemed appropriate in a client plan
  • Valid drivers license with good driving record and insured vehicle available for daily use
  • This position requires use of a company email address which requires an application to be downloaded on your personal cell phone for multi-factor authentication (MFA) to ensure cyber security.
