Job Description:

You will work in an inpatient setting with a small client caseload to:
  • Provide bio psychosocial treatment plans for new intaked clients
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided.
  • Provide treatment planning, coordination and collaboration with outside providers, clear discharge planning, and staffing with medical and psychiatric care, when appropriate.
  • Represent WisHope as part of the team at trainings, meetings, and other community events.
  • Provide various outpatient Mental Health clinical services.
  • Conduct intakes and monitor individual, group, and family therapies.
  • Develop service plans and conduct reviews as needed throughout the duration of treatment.
  • Provide Mental Health assessments, counseling, referrals, and intervention services.
  • Complete and maintain documentation according to federal and state guidelines.
  • Complete any additional tasks needed to provide quality services to clients.
  • Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure that quality services to clients, families, and referral sources are provided.
  • Participate in annual cultural competency and diversity training and seeking safety training and are beyond qualified to care for those we serve.
Salary:
62,000-$70,000/year depending on education, experience and credentialing
