At Wood Violet Recovery, you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients in a voluntary residential treatment setting while working alongside an experienced interdisciplinary team. Our therapists provide evidence-based care to adults receiving treatment for mental health conditions, substance use disorders, and co-occurring diagnoses.
Located just 45 minutes from Madison, our Dodgeville campus offers a refreshing change of pace from busy city clinics. Enjoy free parking, a straightforward commute, and a peaceful treatment environment where you can focus on meaningful clinical work and collaborative care.
We're growing our behavioral health program and are looking for a fully-licensed Therapist who enjoys teamwork, autonomy, and helping clients achieve lasting recovery.

• Sunday-Thursday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM
• Tuesday-Saturday | 8:30 AM-5:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide individual counseling to clients in recovery and/or mental health treatment.
• Participate in treatment planning and collaborate with our interdisciplinary team.
• Lead therapeutic and psychoeducational groups.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.

What You'll Bring:

• Active Wisconsin LPC, LCSW, or LMFT (required).
• 1+ year experience working with individuals in behavioral health.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screen.
