This position operates within a flexible and supportive remote setting that encourages a healthy work-life balance. Our outpatient office serves as a collaborative hub where our team meets periodically to discuss client cases, share insights, and participate in ongoing training and workshops to stay abreast of industry developments. While you have the autonomy to manage your schedule, you’ll always have access to resources and support from your colleagues and leadership.

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to identify client needs and establish effective treatment strategies.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, focusing on domains specific to each client.
• Employ a diverse range of therapeutic methodologies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to align with client goals.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the protection and confidentiality of client information.
• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and conferences, remaining current with research and advancements in mental health practices.

The LPC will work primarily with adults seeking therapeutic interventions for a range of emotional and psychological issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. This role allows you to immerse yourself in the diverse narratives of our clients, contributing to significant behavioural changes and improved mental health outcomes.

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted Professional Counselor license (LPC) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in providing counseling services.
• Proficiency in therapeutic software, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to forge meaningful therapeutic alliances with clients from varied backgrounds.

• Specialization in areas such as trauma-informed care, substance abuse, family systems therapy, or couples counseling is highly desirable.
• A strong foundation in ethical standards and legal regulations in mental health counseling.
• Experience working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

This position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to a generous salary, our benefits package includes:
