As a Mental Health Clinician, you will engage with clients through our secure telehealth platform, ensuring both confidentiality and convenience. • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Provide individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other modalities customized for each client.
• Set collaborative therapeutic goals with clients, monitoring their progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy alternatives, accommodating clients who may have mobility or accessibility challenges, ensuring equitable access to mental health services.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of all client interactions, compliant with ethical standards and regulatory requirements.
• Engage in continuous education and training opportunities to remain current with industry trends and clinical practices that enhance therapeutic effectiveness.
