Seeking an Executive Level Legal Practice Assistant (LPA) for our client’s New Jersey Office
REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years legal experience to support members of the Firm, associates in the areas of Bankruptcy, Corporate, Environmental, Litigation, Real Estate and Tax, Trusts & Estates.
  • Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, client focused, highly organized and detail orientated with demonstrated ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment and work well independently and with a team.
  • Strong technical skills of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel and 3E required
  • knowledge of iManage and PowerPoint a plus
