Loyalty Automotive is one of the fastest-growing, locally owned automotive groups in the region. We proudly own and operate five new-car dealerships across Richmond and Williamsburg, including: Toyota, Nissan, Volkswagen, Chevrolet, and Cadillac, along with a high-volume used car super center in Petersburg and three collision repair centers. We have officially opened our 6th new car dealership in the Richmond area, Loyalty Nissan Short Pump!

Our sales volumes are strong, our service departments rank among the best in the country, and our focus is simple: build great teams and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

We’re looking for an experienced, connected and highly motivated FINANCE MANAGER to guide the F&I team at our newest dealership – Loyalty Nissan Short Pump.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work with customers on financing options
  • Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve goals, growth and profitability
  • Recruit, coach, and drive performance of F&I team
  • Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally
  • Present sales reports and forecasts to management team
  • Manage sales team to optimize performance and employee goals
  • Vehicle appraisals

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven F&I track record in the automotive industry
  • Strong lender relationships
  • Computer software and internet proficiency
  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills
