Service Greeter – Loyalty Volkswagen

Location: Chester, VA

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Greeter to be the first friendly face our guests see when visiting our Service Department. If you have a positive attitude, enjoy helping others, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team!
What You’ll Do:
  • Welcome customers upon arrival with a friendly, professional attitude.
  • Direct customers to the appropriate service advisor or waiting area.
  • Assist with vehicle check-in, tagging keys, and updating service records.
  • Maintain a clean and organized service drive.
  • Communicate effectively with service advisors, porters, and technicians.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service that reflects the Loyalty brand.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and professionalism.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment.
  • A team player who takes initiative and enjoys helping others.
