Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades Overview:  The Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades works directly with our existing service customers to identify vehicle upgrade opportunities and deliver a seamless, personalized buying experience. This role is designed for a self-sufficient sales professional who wants more control, better work-life balance, and access to warm, qualified opportunities—no cold calling required. 

Location(s): CMA's Colonial Auto Center and CMA's Colonial Nissan

Sales Associate - Loyalty & Upgrades Responsibilities

  • Review daily service appointments to identify upgrade and equity opportunities 
  • Engage customers in the service drive and present personalized solutions 
  • Structure deals that create value for the customer, dealership, and lender 
  • Collaborate with service, appraisers, and finance to ensure smooth transactions 
  • Maintain detailed notes, follow-ups, and pipeline activity in CRM 
  • Build long-term relationships that drive repeat and referral business

Qualifications:

  • Proven success in automotive sales (1+ year preferred) 
  • Strong understanding of deal structure, lender expectations, and customer needs

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
