Your Impact
The Talent Acquisition Program Coordinator, Early and Emerging Talent, supports early career hiring and internship program initiatives through candidate attraction, program coordination, event execution, and stakeholder engagement.
Throughout the year, this associate develops, executes, and evaluates programs and engagements that deliver exceptional experiences for internal stakeholders and candidates.
What You Will Do
Supports the Early and Emerging Talent Event Manager, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, and broader Human Resources team with early-in-career programmatic attraction and administrative support for both full-time and intern roles across the company
Assists in planning and executing campus recruiting events and office-based experiences, including but not limited to interview days, career treks, information sessions, and career fairs.
Posts positions on university career sites and specialty job boards, and develops candidate resume packets before and after recruiting events for recruiter and hiring leader review.
Manages and tracks program/event referral candidates throughout the recruiting lifecycle to ensure a seamless candidate experience and accurate reporting.
Works regularly with Lowe's CRM and ATS, in addition to job boards and university career sites to effectively manage candidate pipeline and support attraction efforts
Partners with Lowe's Employer Branding team to strengthen campus brand awareness and support targeted marketing initiatives for university recruiting and internship programs.
Designs and continuously improves the internship program to meet Lowe's future talent needs. This includes defining the scope of the internship, setting learning and goal objectives, and maintaining alignment with industry best practices
Facilitates intern onboarding by coordinating technology access, ensuring completion of pre-start requirements, developing contingency plans, preparing orientation materials, and equipping interns with the resources and knowledge needed for a successful program experience.
Leads planning, logistics, and execution of internship program experiences, including training sessions, networking events, community service initiatives, and other programming as identified.
Analyzes internship program and recruiting event outcomes through survey data and stakeholder feedback and prepares data-driven reports including recommendations for improvement and changes
Performs other duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned in support of Early and Emerging Talent, Talent Acquisition, and broader Human Resources initiatives.
Required Qualifications
High School or GED
1-2 Years talent acquisition experience required; preferably for a large retail company.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Marketing or related field
1-2 years of experience in a shared service center environment
At least 1 year of experience in event planning/marketing
Strong project and/or program management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and stakeholders
Operates with a sense of urgency, strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy and data integrity
Familiarity with Monday.com
