Our CSP position requires working remotely in a fast-paced answering service inbound call center. Responsibilities include taking messages, order taking, opening trouble tickets, scheduling appointments and notifying our business partners of emergencies. Candidates must have a positive attitude, organizational skills, patience and the ability to perform well under pressure in a remote environment. 

  • Currently only hiring qualified candidates that are authorized to work in the US in and reside in Alaska, Delaware, Georgia, Indiana, Montana, Nevada, North Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas and Wyoming. Candidates residing in all other states are not eligible for hire at this time.
  • Must be able to train 8 am - 4 pm EST for 4 weeks in a virtual environment and meet equipment requirements to begin training  
  • Must be self-motivated, confident and able to work without having the social environment of a traditional workplace and direct supervision
  • Part-time and full-time positions available with split shifts available. Evenings, weekends and holidays a must.
  • Typing required (minimum 40 WPM with few errors)
  • Outstanding verbal and written communications skills required
  • Must be able to multitask (talk, type and follow scripting verbatim)
  • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
  • Must be technically savvy with computers and virtual working environments
  • Must be comfortable handling difficult situations in a professional manner 
  • 2+ years previous call center and work from home customer service experience required 
  • We are always looking for Bilingual Customer Service Professionals to include in our diverse workplace
  • Must own approved equipment (computer with dual monitors, headset, webcam, UPS back-up), must have high-speed internet with direct connection and own audio resource (VoIP soft phones and/or land line), with a private, enclosed work space free from interruptions and distractions
