We're seeking an experienced and driven Low Voltage General Manager to lead and grow our Huntsville, AL Low Voltage division. This role is ideal for a seasoned low voltage professional with strong leadership capability, business acumen, and a passion for building high-performing teams.
What You'll Do
As the Low Voltage General Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and leadership of the Huntsville Low Voltage division.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Huntsville, AL Low Voltage division.
  • Work closely with installation, service, inspection, and sales teams to ensure clear communication and operational alignment.
  • Coach, develop, and support team leaders; assist with employee coaching and behavior correction as needed.
  • Ensure profitability of the Low Voltage division through effective planning, execution, and oversight.
  • Communicate company vision and direction to all team members; provide guidance to achieve business goals.
  • Support the sales team and sales manager with customer presentations and ensure commitments are met or exceeded.
  • Build and maintain a cohesive, efficient, and accountable team culture.
  • Conduct monthly meetings to review active projects and profitability of closed jobs.
  • Ensure billing is completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Meet twice monthly with the Regional Manager to review division performance.
  • Budget and manage operating expenses for the Huntsville office.
  • Assist with collections and manage company DSO targets.
  • Lead customer retention and employee retention efforts.

  • 5+ years of low voltage experience with a strong understanding of low voltage systems.
  • Proven experience leading and managing teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong multitasking ability and organizational skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
