Role Purpose
The Lounge Attendant is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to airline lounge guests by ensuring the lounge remains clean, organized, comfortable, and fully stocked. This role creates a welcoming environment for travelers by assisting with guest needs, maintaining food and beverage stations, monitoring lounge amenities, and ensuring compliance with health, safety, and airline service standards.
What you will be doing
  • Greet guests in a professional, friendly, and courteous manner
  • Verify guest access credentials when required
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lounge environment throughout each shift
  • Monitor and replenish food, beverages, snacks, coffee stations, and supplies
  • Remove used dishes, glassware, and trash from guest seating areas promptly
  • Clean tables, countertops, buffet stations, beverage machines, and other high-touch surfaces
  • Restock paper products, utensils, condiments, and lounge amenities
  • Monitor lounge capacity and report overcrowding or operational concerns to management
  • Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues professionally
  • Assist guests with general airport or airline information when appropriate
  • Coordinate with catering and kitchen staff to ensure food displays remain fresh and presentable
  • Conduct routine inspections of lounge facilities, including restrooms, seating areas, and business centers
  • Report maintenance, safety, or equipment issues immediately
  • Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations
  • Maintain compliance with airport security procedures and airline service standards
  • Support special events, VIP guests, and airline service initiatives as assigned
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
