America's Auto Auction South Wisconsin is looking to add to our Lot Operations Team! We have both full time and part time positions available; great benefits and weekends off!

The Lot Operations Attendant supports daily auction operations by assisting with the organization, movement, preparation, and presentation of vehicles on the auction lot. This entry-level role works as part of a team to ensure vehicles are properly accounted for, clean, operable, and positioned appropriately for auction sale. The Lot Operations Attendant plays an important role in maintaining a safe, organized, and customer-ready lot environment while following all safety procedures and supporting service and auction-day activities as directed.

Duties/Responsibilities:

ยท Prepares vehicles for auction by ensuring they are clean, presentable, and properly staged.

ยท Moves vehicles on the auction lot safely and efficiently as directed.

ยท Scans, tags, and labels vehicles accurately, including climbing and reaching to apply stickers when required.

ยท Manages vehicle tags and keys in accordance with established procedures.

ยท Maintains the appearance of auction grounds, including customer parking areas and entrances.

ยท Assists the service department with vehicle-related tasks as directed.

ยท Locates, starts, and moves vehicles to support daily operations and auction-day flow.

ยท Follows all safety policies, procedures, and traffic flow guidelines at all times.

ยท Reports vehicle issues, damage, or safety concerns to supervisors promptly.

ยท Performs other duties as assigned..

Requirements:

Required Skills/Abilities:
