Long-Term Substitute
Willow Springs School District 108 is seeking a dependable, flexible, and student-centered Long-Term Substitute to provide continuity of instruction and support during an extended staff leave. The Long-Term Substitute will work collaboratively with school staff to maintain a positive, safe, and engaging learning environment while supporting student learning and well-being.
Qualifications
  • Appropriate Illinois licensure/certification required for the assignment.
  • Experience working with students is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
  • Dependable, flexible, and collaborative.
  • Commitment to creating a positive and supportive learning environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide consistent instruction, supervision, and support throughout the assignment.
  • Follow lesson plans, curriculum, schedules, and student support plans.
