FAMILY SERVICES CASE MANAGER
Family Resource Specialist
Location: Larimer County, CO
Pay Range: $22-$24/hourly
Availability: Full time with evenings and weekends required

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking an experienced Family Services Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support families in our community by providing them with resources, advice, and assistance. You will be responsible for connecting families with local services, such as housing assistance, healthcare, and other support services. As a Family Services Case Manager, you will also provide guidance and direction to parents and families in need, helping them find the resources they need to create a better future for their children. If you have a passion for working in the Child Welfare, Juvenile Justice or Social Work field, this is the job for you!

  • Masters or Bachelors Degree required. Preferred areas of study include social work, criminal justice, psychology, or related field and a minimum of one (1) year direct care experience or supervised practice in lieu of the experience requirement.

  • Pass current, applicable clearances.
  • Pass pre-employment, post-offer drug screening.
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends.
