The Team and Role:
The Logitech for Business (L4B) Category Manager is responsible for bringing Logitech's B2B portfolio to life. You are responsible for partnering with the Global Commercial Organization to develop a comprehensive strategy including driving demand, growing market share, and executing successful plans built on insights, data, analytics, marketing expertise, and innovation. You must be passionate for understanding B2B Enterprise and Reseller needs as you will manage the product life cycle of the B2B portfolio.
This role defines plans and drives achievement of product KPIs (revenue, margin, profitability, and market share), alongside our B2B sales organization. You will drive product line growth with direct responsibility for product/price positioning (In sync with your B2C Portfolio manager counterpart), demand planning, inventory optimization, market intelligence, product line reviews, new product pitches to channel partners, and P&L management.

  • Serve as the product category expert and represent the voice of the B2B Enterprise accounts and Resellers. Understand the competition, ITDMs, Procurement mgrs, NSPs, Reseller partner needs and behaviors, and marketplace trends.
  • Analyze deal-based and product category margin decisions
  • Regularly align with the B2C Portfolio managers on pricing, forecasting and allocation strategies to create equity between channels on cross-over product lines.
  • Work with supply chain to implement B2B strategies and prioritized fulfillment
  • Be the champion for the roadmap to optimize the portfolio and drive expansion, while maintaining existing business focus and executing new product launches.
  • Drive marketing strategies and plans to deliver measurable growth (awareness, relevance, preference, demand, conversion) aligned with the customer journey in sync with GCO Regional Marketing counterparts.
  • Define channel strategy and drive recommendations for deployment. Partner with Sales teams and communicate product launch and key drive time plans to optimize results.
  • Gather market information, review regional competition, provide competitive information, and analyze all relevant sales and market data to identify opportunities and risks proactively.
  • Act as the primary commercial liaison to Business Group (BG) Product Managers, partnering to develop accurate NPI forecasts, define B2B SKU matrices (e.g., regional layouts, packaging), and execute seamless product transition strategies (Phase-In/Phase-Out).
  • Oversee the entire lifecycle from NPI planning and initial product setup to price modeling, ongoing go-to-market strategy, and strategic End of Life (EOL) management, partnering closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Demand, and Supply Planning teams.
  • Own Category Revenue projections and AOP business planning cycles

Key Qualifications:
For consideration, you must bring the following minimum skills and experiences to our team:
  • Passion and in-depth experience in the B2B channel. Understanding ITDM, NSP, Reseller, Procurement insights and other factors that influence strong strategies and marketing plans.
  • Strong P&L/portfolio management and business analysis skills.
  • Able to provide input to the development of strategic plans and translate those plans into region-specific marketing strategies. Deep understanding of growth levers (beyond pricing discounts) In the B2B channel.
  • Understanding of B2B partners and channel strategy (preferably experience in both the consumer electronics and b2b electronics space for cross-channel impacts).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence business, brand, marketing strategy across the organization.
  • Exceptional quantitative skills to translate data points into business plans and profitable growth results, forecasting models and financial projections.
  • SFDC (Salesforce) proficiency.
  • Relevant industry experience in B2B tech.
  • This role requires ~15% travel

Location:
At Logitech, we empower global collaboration by providing a flexible hybrid work model. Depending on the role and team needs, this may include working remotely, on-site, or a blend of both. If relocation is required for this position, we will communicate the expected timeline and support offered.
This is a hybrid position and we are open to candidates the following Metro areas: San Jose, CA; Irvine, CA; Camas, WA; Dallas TX & New York City Metro. The successful candidate is expected to work onsite at one of our office locations 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days remote. Specific onsite days will be coordinated with your manager and team.
Compensation:
This position offers an annual base salary typically between $ 175,000 and $ 230,000, depending on location and experience.
