About the Team The User Growth (UG) team is responsible for the growth of TikTok. We help develop customized growth strategies for the products and utilize various marketing, product, and data analysis techniques to achieve business growth goals. You will lead the product strategy and execution for TikTok's Desktop/PC Web experience with a user-centric and "large-screen" mindset. You will own the full product lifecycle for the PC platform, transforming it from a companion interface into a primary destination for content consumption and creation. You will bridge the gap between Mobile and Desktop, delivering a seamless ecosystem that maximizes user engagement, retention, and creator productivity on the Web. Responsibilities - Own the product roadmap for TikTok Desktop/PC and define its unique large-screen value proposition. - Lead recommendation and personalization strategy for Web, partnering with algorithm and data teams to optimize feed ranking, session depth, retention, and creator discovery. - Design web-native user experiences optimized for mouse-and-keyboard interaction to increase engagement. - Build cross-device continuity between App and Web, leveraging shared user signals to improve recommendation quality and drive conversion.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s) - 5+ years of PM experience in consumer internet, preferably Web/PC products. - Experience with recommendation systems, ranking strategies, or feed-based products is preferred. - Strong data-driven mindset with hands-on experimentation experience. Preferred Qualification(s) - Strong cross-functional leadership skills across various cross-functional teams. - Experience in working with cross functional partners across different time zones, cultures and languages.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $185600 - $396000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Employees have day one access to medical, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) savings plan with company match, paid parental leave, short-term and long-term disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits, among others. Employees also receive 10 paid holidays per year, 10 paid sick days per year and 17 days of Paid Personal Time (prorated upon hire with increasing accruals by tenure).
