Gestiona la logistica del almacen realizando las siguientes funciones.

Que estaras haciendo?

Responsabilidades

  • Coordina y prepara los pedidos de los clientes de forma segura y precisa para prepararlos para su entrega o recogida. Esto incluye organizar y cargar los productos en contenedores y/o bandejas, despachar los pedidos, establecer rutas y planificar los horarios de entrega a destinos especificos.

  • Supervisa el inventario pendiente y gestiona el stock para controlar los niveles de existencias y mantener la informacion de inventario mas precisa y actualizada.

  • Maneja y organiza todos los materiales para minimizar los danos.

  • Gestiona y mantiene el area de material quirurgico, organizando y manteniendo los instrumentales limpios, y listos para su uso.

  • Identifica productos caducados y/o danados y localiza mercancia fisica y segrega.

  • Investiga las quejas de los clientes sobre facturacion, tales como articulos danados, retrasos en el envio, y realiza los ajustes necesarios.

  • Evalua las variaciones de los casos para facturar a los clientes dentro del plazo establecido.

  • Responde consultas sobre los tipos de servicios ofrecidos, tarifas, horarios y areas de servicio.

  • Examina los articulos a trasladar para determinar el peso aproximado y el tipo de embalaje

  • requerido.

  • Recibe y despacha productos del almacen diariamente y emite informes para mantener registros.

  • Realiza mantenimiento de rutina para cumplir con las normas de seguridad y para mantener ordenadas las areas de almacenamiento.

  • Opera maquinaria pesada como montacargas.

  • Responsable como trabajador de guardia durante dias festivos y fines de semana.

  • Cumple con las leyes, regulaciones, politicas y procedimientos de la empresa.

  • Persigue los objetivos y metas de la organizacion.

  • Se enfoca en el comportamiento organizacional para lograr los objetivos medibles en cada periodo contable.

  • Disponible para responder llamadas de emergencia para el despacho de pedidos durante fines de semana y dias festivos.

  • Disponible para trabajar en el turno de noche segun las necesidades del negocio.

  • Se pueden asignar otras tareas

Que necesitas para tener exito en esta posicion?

Estudios: Titulo de asociado o equivalente de un instituto tecnico o universitario de dos anos.

Certificaciones: Licencia de manejo vigente

Experiencia: Minimo de 1 ano en cargos similares, preferentemente en la industria de dispositivos medicos o areas de la salud.

Conocimiento: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel basico, Word)
