• Manage and optimize daily truck routes for efficient delivery and pickup

• Schedule and supervise a combined warehouse/driver staff of around 10 to meet operational goals

• Oversee the loading of containers for international shipping

• Communicate effectively with international customers, ensuring excellent service

• Maintain supplies and order as necessary

• Maintain accurate records and coordinate with the owners to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

• Schedule is Monday–Saturday, approximately 6:30 AM–3:00 PM Saturday is every other and only until noon

• Comfortable with sales + good with people

• Fluent in English

• Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics management

• Strong organizational and leadership skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and solve problems proactively

• Knowledge of international shipping and container loading is a plus

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary, potential for performance and cost savings bonuses and commission incentives

• Leadership autonomy (opportunity to implement your own systems/ improvements)

• Variety in the workday (Mix of problem solving, logistics, customer interaction, sales)

• Early schedule allows for strong work-life balance (ie summers tend to be lighter in workload so we close earlier)

The Reality of the Role:

This is a hands-on leadership role in a busy warehouse environment. It’s not a desk job / corporate office (though you do have a desk)—the work involves being on the floor, managing people and logistics in real time, and keeping operations running smoothly. The role carries a high level of responsibility and is best suited for someone who enjoys staying active, solving problems, and taking ownership.

Most of our team are non-English speakers, so this role requires someone who is proactive and resourceful in communication—Spanish is helpful.

Pay/ Perks:

• Base salary ranges from $70,000–$90,000 depending on experience, with opportunities for commission and performance-based salary growth over time.

• Gas allowance

• Paid vacation

If you’re ready to take charge of warehouse operations and thrive in a bilingual, international setting, we want to hear from you!
