To thrive as a Logistics Trainer, you need expertise in supply chain management, instructional design, and a background in logistics or related fields, often supported by a relevant degree or industry certifications like CPLP or APICS. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), learning management systems (LMS), and training software is typically required. Strong communication and flexibility are key to overcoming these challenges and fostering a productive learning environment.
