We're seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our team and implement our new SaaS solution for logistics businesses. As a Senior Software Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for configuring and implementing sophisticated logistics software that will meet and exceed customer requirements. Success means that each customer becomes a glowing reference with the technology to crush their competition.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and cultivate existing relationships with customers
- Work with our customers to understand their business processes, and translate them into functional requirements
- Configure and implement our logistics solution per each client's requirements
- Gather and document 3rd partyintegration requirements
- Understand how our software works and keep up-to-date on product releases
- Act as a trusted advisor to the customer and design solutions tailored to their complex business needs
- Provide training and onboarding instructions to our clients
- Ensure adherence to a structured software development life-cycle
- Follow-up on issues reported by our customers
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience in a similar position
- Experience implementing complex software solutions such as ERP or TMS
