Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support day-to-day charter operations, ensure smooth communication between clients, brokers, and operators, and manage logistics for each flight from booking through post-flight follow-up.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate private jet flight logistics - including scheduling, permits, and ground handling.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and operators throughout the trip lifecycle.
  • Monitor active flights to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
  • Review and verify flight documents, confirmations, and invoices.
  • Support the sales and brokerage team with quotes, trip sheets, and updates.
  • Handle urgent operational needs, including after-hours support when required.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports for all charter trips.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in charter operations, aviation dispatch, or travel coordination is preferred.
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills under time-sensitive conditions.
  • Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; French is an asset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; experience with aviation software is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours (some evenings/weekends as flights require).

Nous recherchons un(e) Coordinateur(trice) des Operations attentif(ve) aux details pour rejoindre notre equipe en pleine croissance. Dans ce role, vous soutiendrez les operations quotidiennes de charters, assurerez une communication fluide entre les clients, les courtiers et les operateurs, et gererez la logistique de chaque vol depuis la reservation jusqu'au suivi post-vol.

Responsabilites cles

  • Coordonner la logistique des vols prives, y compris la planification, les autorisations et la gestion au sol.
  • Servir de principal point de contact pour les clients et les operateurs tout au long du cycle du vol.
  • Surveiller les vols en cours pour garantir des departs et arrivees a l'heure.
  • Verifier et valider les documents de vol, confirmations et factures.
  • Soutenir l'equipe commerciale et de courtage avec les devis, feuilles de route et mises a jour.
  • Gerer les besoins operationnels urgents, y compris le support hors heures normales si necessaire.
  • Maintenir des dossiers et rapports precis pour tous les vols charter.

Exigences

  • Experience prealable dans les operations de charter, la repartition aerienne ou la coordination de voyages est souhaitee.
  • Excellentes competences en communication et capacite a gerer plusieurs taches dans des situations sensibles au temps.
  • Grandes competences organisationnelles et attention aux details.
  • Maitrise de l'anglais ; le francais est un atout.
  • Maitrise de Microsoft Office / Google Workspace ; experience avec des logiciels aeronautiques un plus.
  • Capacite a travailler des horaires flexibles (certains soirs/week-ends selon les vols).
