Job description

This role is designed to lead the Logistics Application Delivery and Lifecycle team within the Information and Technology (I&T) organization at BRP. This group consists of SAP functional and technical system experts across multiple domains. The team is responsible for supporting BRP’s operations and strategy by ensuring operational continuity, delivering continuous value and optimizing application portfolio. We are looking for smart, independent, and motivated individuals who are excited to be part of this exciting growth journey.

YOU'LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

  • Develop, coach and empower team leads responsible for multidisciplinary squads for Logistics supporting SAP and connected ecosystem solutions across internal warehouse operations and third-party logistics (3PL) partners.

  • Continuously improve ways of working across squads by optimizing flow, improving predictability and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

  • Serve as an escalation point for critical issues or cross-team blockers

  • Facilitate communication between product owners, squads and senior leadership

  • Provide guidance to stakeholders on technological orientation and investments.

  • Lead operational transformation initiatives aimed at improving delivery effectiveness, employee engagement, customer satisfaction and overall business outcomes.

  • Oversee the full lifecycle of the business’s IT solutions from definition, implementation, maintenance and as required, replacement.

  • Accountable for application lifecycle management and optimization of the solutions in your portfolio to ensure the business achieves maximum value from their technology investments.

  • Ensures budgeting and planning for lifecycle activities and licenses for products in the application portfolio.

  • Promote an agile culture of servant leadership, collaboration and accountability

YOU’LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Information Technology or Business.

  • Significant leadership experience supporting Logistics and Supply Chain business capabilities within complex enterprise environments, including warehousing, transportation, fulfillment and third-party logistics (3PL) operations.

  • Experience leading organizations operating with modern product and agile delivery models

  • Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and drive adoption of new ways of working across teams and stakeholders.

  • Experience managing application portfolios, balancing business value, operational risk, technical debt and modernization opportunities.

  • Experience improving delivery performance through operational excellence practices, metrics-based decision making and continuous improvement.

  • Good understanding of SAP-based logistics ecosystems (ECC, EWM, TM, S/4HANA)

  • Comfortable operating in a multi-time zone environment and participating in escalations for critical support escalations

  • Excellent communications and collaboration skills.

  • Ability to influence, persuade and initiate change.

  • Availability to work on a schedule covering a 24/7 operation is essential. Note that this role will imply being available on irregular hours.
