Backed by advanced technology, lifecycle services and an industry-leading field organization, we elevate customer performance, turn goals into real-world results and help move society forward.We are looking for a Logistics SchedulerWhat you will do:Coordinate all national and international carriers to ensure pickups and deliveries to our final customers on time. Also, will be in direct communication with OTM planners, to ensure correct assignation and follow up on daily OB shipments.Communication with all plant departments will be key, to ensure correct movements execution.How you will do it:
  • Track and trace National / International (IB, OB) shipments
  • Assignment of trips to driver of interplant circuit.
  • Timely follow-up on urgent shipments.
  • Keeping records of domestic operations and extra expenses.
  • Optimization of trips in circuit units.
  • Directly communication with carriers and drivers.
  • KPI's (Shipping report and crossing times / local movements).
  • Ensure daily information of IB / OB / National shipments, it's provided on time (10 AM) to start the process.
  • Work along with the Shipping Supervisor on the Delivery's creation on SAP, to report them to OTM team.
  • Direct communication with the OTM planners and Trade compliance team.
  • Review / Confirmation on OTM carriers assignation provided.
  • GPS Trackers activation.
  • Invoicing process on SAP.
  • Carrier invoice auditor.
  • Carta Porte.
  • Ensure US equipment availability for daily OB shipments.
  • Daily review with shipping to follow up units pending to dispatch.
  • Export documents in SAP, including modifications.
  • LTL shipments.
  • BOL & Packing creation for consolidation yard units.
  • Escalation of any situation can may compromise or represents risks affecting our shipments.
  • PFA follow up.
  • Keep record of carrier issues to report them to Procurement team

Hiring Salary Range:


$52,400.00 - $78,600.00 USD Annual (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)This position includes a competitive benefits package.
