Job description

 Our daily motto is “We do it once and we do it right!” We are an established logistics company in need of someone who has a good work ethic. We do not leave the office until everything is done. We have a great team that works extremely well together. If you have a great personality and are a detailed person we are interested in you. We are willing to train someone WITH PRIOR customer service experience that is NOT in retail or food Industries.


Operations Assistant- Tracking and tracing shipments, must be detailed and have a good work ethic. Customer service experience dealing with routing and scheduling with carriers, heavy phone use and computer experience, MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Great employee corporate culture. Must be able to multi-task and communicate. Work with a great group of people and enjoy your job.

Hours will be 10:00 am to 7:00 pm Monday through Friday.

This position includes full company benefits including 401K.


Duties:

· Daily Tracking and Tracing of shipments to make sure they are out for delivery.

· Making calls to customers regarding shipment status.

· Utilizing agent websites, emails, calls to obtain information on shipments

· Everything is electronically saved, we are paperless.

· Enter new shipment orders, fielding problems, book shipments with trucking companies.

· Assisting customers with any questions, problems and solutions.


We would prefer someone with experience in the logistics field but will train. If interested submit your resume for review.
