Job description

LHH is seeking a driven and results-oriented Logistics Recruiter to support high-volume hiring for key revenue-generating roles within the supply chain and transportation space, including Carrier Sales Representatives, and Account Managers. This position is a contract role covering for a leave.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for logistics and transportation roles, including carrier sales and account management positions
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, headcount goals, and required skill sets
  • Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and industry-specific pipelines
  • Screen resumes and conducts initial interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit
  • Build and maintain strong pipelines of logistics talent, including sales-focused candidates
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and guide candidates through the hiring process
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to meet hiring timelines and ensure quality placements
  • Develop effective recruiting strategies based on market trends and role requirements
  • Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS and provide regular updates on recruiting activity
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within logistics, transportation, or supply chain industries
  • Experience hiring for carrier sales, freight brokerage, or account management roles strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of sales-driven environments and performance metrics
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple openings in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Experience using ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
Preferred Background
  • Experience working with or recruiting 3PLs, freight brokers, or transportation companies
  • Exposure to roles involving customer accounts, pricing negotiations, and shipment coordination
Pay/Benefits:
  • Pay: $33/hr - $45/hr depending on experience
  • Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria
