About the role:
As a Logistics Coordinator for TQL, you will receive extensive training to become a subject matter expert in the world of logistics and supply chain. After completing training, you will be responsible for working with our transportation partners to find and coordinate available assets to ship and move our customers' freight. You will become the go-to-support to help our sales teams manage their accounts and directly grow the company.

What you'll be doing:
  • Negotiate rates and secure capacity with transportation partners to move freight at favorable and competitive pricing
  • Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls to support daily shipment execution
  • Communicate with internal sales teams and transportations partners to build and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
  • Input and process accurate shipment data in our state-of-the-art systems

What you need:
  • 1+ year customer service or sales experience
  • Hall of fame work ethic
  • Strong verbal communication skills - face-to-face and over the phone
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work full-time, in-office, in a fast-paced open environment
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
