Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a grant funded Logistics Project Manager-WorkforceDev.
In this highly visible role, the logistics project manager will be responsible for logistical support of all workforce development programs that are in the development and implementation phases. This role will formulate and analyze data related to outcomes to inform decision making on workforce development programs. The logistics project manager role is grant funded and will support the development of training and implementation material, participating in all phases of pre- and post-implementation logistics to ensure all decisions and follow-ups are tracked to ensure successful outcomes.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Plans, organizes and tracks workforce development activities.
  • Coordinates and documents project initiation, prioritization, timelines, meeting notes, key milestones and delivery of files for all assigned projects; organizes and coordinates schedules, activities and special events.
  • Drives the execution of departmental creative projects and reports from concept to execution.
  • Coordinates and plans for space needs for training and development courses and skills labs.
  • Recommends work process improvements for assigned projects and supports implementation with approval from management.
  • Tracks existing educational applications and contracts for all programs; ensures proper templates are used in conjunction with human resources and legal.
  • Creates, tracks, and reports key data and metrics for the workforce development programs providing suggestions and process improvements based on analysis of data outcomes.
  • Analyzes and reviews data to create actionable insights to identify trends to inform decision making and forecast potential future educational programs.
  • Develops applicable process and outcome metrics to measure success and evaluate current programs.
  • Tracks participants of workforce development programs, their career placements and promotions.
  • Tracks participants enrolled in programs to monitor how they are performing in their studies.
  • Manages all student agreements to ensure compliance.
  • Coordinates with Finance to recoup any funds that may be owed due to student drop out, students? grades, student performance, and/or termination from the system.
  • Manages all contracts for training sites and schools for compliance, availability and educational environment for participants. Provides support for vendor maintenance contract negotiations.
  • Tracks and controls costs of the programs; establishes a review/audit system to ensure accuracy of program costs. Assists in the preparation of the budgets when requested by the Director.
  • Manages the logistics associated with printed materials, presentations and outreach.
  • Liaisons with the Office of Development and assists with materials needed for donor and grant submissions.
  • Supports coordination and implementation of community-based outreach.
  • Maintains records and prepares reports required by the department.
  • Designs and prepares departmental communications, including announcements, newsletters, ihub updates and other related materials that align with NYU Langone Health's brand guidelines.
  • Assists with crafting and disseminating departmental communications and messaging to ensure consistency, effectiveness and awareness both to internal and external audiences.
  • Maintains ihub website program information including collecting updated content, developing innovative videos and interactive content.
  • Develops and maintains a digital asset management system of creative content, including photos, fonts and templates.
  • Establishes themes and templates for various types of communications material that adheres to NYU Langone Health's brand guidelines.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelors degree in relevant field 3 or more years of work experience in complex organizations
Certification in Project Management and prior experience in project management is required
Ability to organize and manage large amounts of detailed information
Must be detail oriented, inquisitive and have strong data analytics skills
Ability to work independently and with others
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
Comfort in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
Ability to support multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize work to meet and/or exceed established service levels
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficiency or experience with Tableau

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York State Pay Transparency Law. The salary range for the role is $84,577.93 to $114,400.00 annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
