If you are looking for an exciting career opportunity in the IT, engineering, software development, logistics, and project management fields, Linchpin Solutions is the place to be! We are currently hiring for a dynamic and experienced Logistician II.


Clearance: Active DoD Secret Clearance


Work Schedule: Onsite, Full-time, Monday–Friday


Role Overview:

In this role, you will perform and oversee general logistics functions including receiving, issuing, packaging, preservation, packing, and marking (PPP&M), and inventory management. You will lead warehouse teams in material handling, shipping coordination, re-warehousing, kitting, and causative research. Additionally, you will provide quality checks for Navy ERP data transactions, validate discrepancies, and supervise Logistician I personnel. You will be trained in hazardous material handling, inventory management, and shelf-life monitoring to ensure compliance with all applicable standards and procedures.


General Skillset

  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work both collaboratively and individually

  • Ability to give presentations and briefings as needed

Specific Skillset

  • Proficiency with Navy ERP and logistics data transactions
  • Experience leading warehouse and logistics teams
  • Skilled in receiving, issuing, shipping, and inventory control operations
  • Ability to perform causative research and validate discrepancies
  • Knowledge of PPP&M and COSIS procedures
  • Trained in hazardous material handling and shelf-life monitoring
