We're looking for a National Air Logistics Pricing Specialist to join our Air Logistics team and play a key role in developing competitive pricing solutions that help win new business and support customer growth.
In this role, you'll collaborate with pricing experts, sales teams, procurement specialists, and global stakeholders to create market-leading air freight solutions for customers across the United States and around the world.
How you create impact
The National Air Logistics Pricing Specialist is a key member of the Air Logistics Pricing team, responsible for designing competitive, market-aligned pricing solutions that support both existing and new business opportunities. Success in this role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, commercial acumen, and a passion for delivering customer-focused logistics solutions.
  • Develop and manage air freight quotations for domestic and international opportunities.
  • Deliver accurate, competitive, and timely pricing solutions for RFQs, bids, tenders, and daily rate requests.
  • Partner with Sales, Key Account Management, Procurement, and global Air Logistics teams to create winning customer solutions.
  • Analyze market conditions and leverage internal networks to secure the best available rates and service options.
  • Track and manage pricing opportunities while ensuring service standards and key performance targets are achieved.
  • Gather customer and stakeholder feedback to continuously improve pricing strategies and business outcomes.
  • Support strategic initiatives that drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What we would like you to bring
  • 2+ years of experience in Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, Pricing, Procurement, or Supply Chain operations.
  • Knowledge of air freight products, transportation networks, and international logistics processes.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, Transportation, International Business, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience will be considered.
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Logistics, Transportation and Distribution (CLTD), or similar credentials are a plus.
  • Experience preparing and managing RFQs, tenders, quotations, and pricing proposals preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with transportation management systems, pricing platforms, or CRM tools is an advantage.

Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
