Overview

AIT Worldwide is seeking a Sr. Pricing Analyst to prepare air quotes, assist with RFQ bids and reporting analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Acts as a liaison with the internal customer in solving problems related to air shipments and service  
  • Provide clear communication link between AIT, IC and air carriers and foreign offices
  • Prepare and put all quotes into CargoWise
  • Work in conjunction with the air product leads to provide most competitive solution design for the client.
  • Work with airlines to negotiate and get spot rates and or establish contract rates for specific origin and destination pairs
  • Design and rollout effective air trade lane programs for overseas agents / offices as well a liaison with the internal customer in solving problems related to air shipments and service   as building relationships with our internal offices and sales departments 
  • Provide regular performance reports to management team
  • Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary.
Qualifications
  • Education (Required Minimum): 5 Years work experience and or associate degree         
  • Related Experience required
  • Computer Skills (basic, knowledgeable, advanced): Needs to be knowledgeable in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills, ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to interact in a professional manner with associates and customers at all levels
