Job Description

Seeking a Logistics & Procurement Specialist (OFCI / MOFI) to support a large-scale Meta data center campus in Lebanon, IN. This individual will manage owner-furnished and contractor-installed materials, oversee procurement activities, coordinate vendors and suppliers, and ensure timely delivery of critical equipment and construction materials. The specialist will work closely with construction teams, contractors, manufacturers, and internal stakeholders to maintain material readiness, support project schedules, and minimize supply chain disruptions. Candidates should possess strong construction logistics, procurement, and materials management experience, ideally within data center, mission-critical, or large-scale construction environments.

Responsibilities
  • Manage owner-furnished contractor-installed (OFCI) and manufacturer-furnished installed (MOFI) equipment throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Coordinate procurement activities for critical construction materials and equipment.
  • Track material status from purchase through manufacturing, shipment, delivery, and installation.
  • Work with vendors, suppliers, logistics providers, and contractors to ensure on-time deliveries.
  • Maintain material tracking logs, procurement schedules, and inventory records.
  • Align procurement milestones with project schedules and construction sequencing requirements.
  • Identify supply chain risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.
  • Coordinate deliveries to support field operations while minimizing site congestion and storage issues.
  • Support contractor readiness by ensuring required materials are available when needed.
  • Facilitate communication between project teams, vendors, and stakeholders regarding material status and delivery forecasts.
  • Prepare procurement, logistics, and material status reports for project leadership.
  • Support schedule recovery efforts by expediting materials and resolving procurement issues.

Additional Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in construction logistics, procurement, materials management, or supply chain operations.
  • Experience managing OFCI, MOFI, owner-furnished equipment, or long-lead construction materials.
  • Strong background in vendor management, procurement coordination, and logistics planning.
  • Experience supporting large commercial, industrial, mission-critical, or data center construction projects.
  • Knowledge of construction schedules and coordination with project controls, contractors, and field teams.
  • Ability to track multiple material packages and manage competing priorities across large-scale projects.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Experience with switchgear, generators, electrical equipment, fiber/connectivity materials, or other long-lead critical infrastructure equipment preferred.
  • Data center construction experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience with Corning, Sumitomo, telecommunications infrastructure, or connectivity material programs is a plus.
  • Familiarity with supply chain management, material forecasting, and construction office engineering practices is preferred.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60.00 - $85.00/hr.
