Shift:
- Shift: 1 Monday - Friday Day Shift (5am ~ 2pm)
- Shift: 2 Monday - Friday Day Shift (2pm ~ 11pm)
Responsibilities
  • Plan and manage daily shuttle transportation schedules between the plant and the yard
  • Supervise and coordinate drivers, ensuring efficient route planning and timely dispatch
  • Monitor trailer/truck availability, maintenance status, and DOT compliance
  • Communicate with customers regarding pickup/delivery statuses and any service delays
  • Implement and enforce transportation safety protocols and regulatory compliance (FMCSA/DOT)
  • Maintain operational records including dispatch logs, delivery confirmations, fuel usage, and maintenance history
  • Work closely with customer service, mechanics, and yard teams to streamline end-to-end logistics operations
  • Address and resolve transportation issues, such as delays, breakdowns, or driver shortages

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in transportation or fleet management (logistics industry preferred)
  • Strong understanding of DOT/FMCSA regulations
  • Experience managing drivers and vehicle schedules
  • Proficiency in Excel and transportation management systems (TMS) is preferred
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
  • Bilingual (Korean/English) is preferred
  • CDL license or technical understanding of fleet equipment is a plus but not required

Salary: $60,000 - $75,000 per Salary, depending on experience and qualification.
