WHAT YOU WILL DO:
As a Logistics Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting global logistics and
fulfillment operations by coordinating shipments, managing exceptions, analyzing
operational performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. You will serve as
a key liaison between internal stakeholders, customers, carriers, freight forwarders, and
third-party logistics providers (3PLs) to ensure the efficient movement of products across a
complex global supply chain network.
This is a full-time, onsite position at the assigned facility during standard business hours.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Logistics & Fulfillment Execution
• Execute daily logistics transactions, including standard parcel, air freight, ocean
freight, and white-glove shipments.
• Coordinate shipment bookings with carriers, freight forwarders, and logistics
service providers.
• Obtain and validate required trade compliance, customs, and dangerous goods
(DG) documentation.
• Provide shipping instructions to internal stakeholders and external logistics
partners.
• Monitor end-to-end shipment activity and ensure timely execution against
established service levels.
• Proactively identify, investigate, and resolve shipment exceptions, including delays,
customs holds, delivery failures, and claims.
• Respond to customer inquiries by providing shipment status updates and logistics
process guidance.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics activities while maintaining accurate
shipment records.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Vendor Management
• Serve as a primary point of contact between logistics operations and internal
customers, project teams, procurement, manufacturing, and other cross
functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate daily activities with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), freight
forwarders, carriers, and vendors.
• Support supplier and vendor onboarding activities, including process
implementation and operational readiness.
• Monitor logistics partner performance against agreed service levels and contractual
obligations.
• Escalate service issues and work collaboratively with vendors to drive corrective
actions and continuous improvement.
• Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external partners to ensure
operational success.


ESSENTIAL CRITERIA:
• Minimum of two years' experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain
operations, or fulfillment coordination.
• Experience managing domestic and international shipments through parcel, air,
ocean, and specialized transportation modes.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding customs processes, trade
documentation, and supply chain operations.
• Experience working with transportation management systems (TMS), warehouse
management systems (WMS), ERP systems, or case management platforms.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and AI data analysis tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify trends and
recommend solutions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast
paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively engage
stakeholders at all levels.
• Demonstrated ability to manage logistics exceptions and drive timely resolution.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to service excellence and
operational execution.


DESIRABLE CRITERIA:
• Knowledge of Dangerous Goods (DG) shipping requirements and trade compliance
regulations.
• Experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud, AfterShip, PandoAI, Power BI,
Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Experience managing third-party logistics providers (3PLs) and carrier performance
programs.
• Experience supporting global logistics operations across multiple regions and time
zones.
