To support and foster our significant growth in the United States, Sephora Collection successfully launched a new warehouse operation in January 2025, for our US, Canadian, and Kohl's clients.
A team has been established to manage and monitor the activities of this crucial 3PL-operated facility.
The warehouse manager, along with their dedicated team, will work in close collaboration with our Neuilly-based headquarters team, the European logistics division, and our valued clients. This pivotal role offers considerable autonomy in overseeing the 3PL's daily operations.
You will be responsible for regularly reporting on activity achievements and KPI updates to your reporting manager, the S+ Supply Chain Director, based in France.
This dynamic position blends hands-on operational management, direct on-site engagement with our 3PL partner, strategic implementation of new processes, and collaborative teamwork within a focused and agile group.

As the 3PL Operations Manager - North America, you will be the central point of contact between Sephora Collection and its third-party logistics partners, ensuring seamless warehouse operations across the North American Regional Distribution Center. In this role, you will own the day-to-day operational relationship with our 3PL providers: monitoring performance, enforcing service level agreements, and driving continuous improvement across all warehouse processes. You will work cross-functionally with supply chain and finance teams to ensure our logistics operations are efficient, cost-controlled, and fully aligned with Sephora Collection's standards and growth objectives.
This is a hands-on, results-driven position that requires both strong analytical skills to track KPIs and budgets, and sharp communication skills to manage external partners and internal stakeholders effectively. You will be based in Aurora/Chicago 3PL site, working from the hours of 9am - 5pm. Your reporting line, the S+ Supply Chain Director, is based in France.
What You'll Do:
  • Warehouse Operations - Day-to-Day Execution
    • Monitor daily warehouse KPIs (inbound, outbound, accuracy, productivity) and flag deviations in real time
    • Investigate and resolve operational issues directly with the 3PL floor team
    • Secure the milestones ready to load and shipment departure
    • Create report to share inbound and outbound activities for supply French team
  • 3PL Management - Service Level Compliance
    • be the primary point of contact between Sephora Collection and the North American RDC 3PL partners
    • Run daily operational touchpoint with 3PL teams to track performance, flag issues, and drive action plans
    • Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews: prepare scorecards, analyze KPI trends, and hold partners accountable to contractual SLAs
    • Escalate service failures and track corrective action plans through to closure
  • Forecast Visibility - Supply Planning Coordination
    • Share weekly and monthly volume forecasts with 3PL partners to enable proper staffing and capacity planning
    • Coordinate with Distribution team to capture last-minute changes and ensure the 3PL is always working off the latest projections
  • Logistics Claims - End-to-End Management
    • Own the full claims lifecycle: detection, documentation, escalation, and resolution within defined timeframes
    • Analyze claim root causes and implement preventive action plans to reduce recurrence
    • Create report on volumes, aging, and financial impact on a regular basis
  • Invoicing & Budget - Financial Control
    • Review all 3PL invoices against contractual rates and challenge any discrepancy before approval
    • Track logistics spend vs. budget monthly and flag variances with explanations and corrective actions
    • Maintain a clear view of cost drivers and contribute to annual budget planning for 3PL operations
  • Process Alignment - S+ Warehouse Standards
    • Audit warehouse processes regularly to ensure alignment with company SOPs
    • Ensure processes are executed in line with Sephora Collection standards and adjust when gaps are identified
    • Identify process gaps and lead on-site or remote correction plans
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean, productivity, error reduction) with measurable outcomes

The annual base salary range for this position is $110.000,00 - $125.000,00. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant's qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job. Individuals employed in this position may also be eligible to earn bonuses. This job will be posted for a minimum of 5 days.
