What we are looking for as an Operations Manager:

  • Associate’s degree is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in manufacturing or distribution.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management, logistics, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards including Hazmat experience

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
