Logistics Supervisor

Location: Miami, FL
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour
Full-Time | Overtime Eligible | Flexible Schedule Required

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Logistics Supervisor to lead daily warehouse and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing product receiving, organization, inventory flow, and distribution while ensuring safety, accuracy, efficiency, and team productivity.

This position requires a strong leader who can manage employees, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, monitor performance metrics, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a team to meet productivity and operational goals.
  • Oversee receiving, sorting, staging, and proper handling of incoming products.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors and partners to ensure efficient product flow.
  • Track operational performance through KPIs and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, OSHA regulations, and company standards.
  • Maintain organized work areas, including preparation areas and cold storage environments.
  • Assist with loading, receiving, and other warehouse operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, distribution, or related operations.
  • Proven experience managing employees and maintaining accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, email communication, and reporting tools.
  • Forklift and electric pallet jack certification required.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze performance metrics and drive continuous improvement.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds when necessary.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Comfortable working in cold storage areas with temperatures as low as 34°F.
  • Ability to work indoors and outdoors as needed.

Schedule & Availability

This is a full-time, non-exempt position in a 24/7 operation. Candidates must have flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and extended hours based on operational needs.
