**Your role at Clorox:**

The Logistics Business Unit Leader (BUL) at the Atlanta Main Plant is responsible for leading day to day logistics operations and people performance while ensuring compliant execution of shipping, receiving, and SAP EWM processes. This role provides direct leadership to hourly teams, oversees dock and warehouse execution, and ensures safe, efficient, and system accurate material flow.

The BUL serves as the shift level leader for logistics, driving accountability, reviewing performance, resolving operational issues, and partnering with Operations, Processing, and Maintenance to meet daily and long-term objectives. This position requires strong people leadership, operational discipline, analytical thinking, and working knowledge of palletizers and warehouse automation.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Lead warehouse associates during assigned shifts within the logistics department

+ Set daily priorities, assign tasks, and adjust labor to meet changing operational demands

+ Coach, develop, and hold team members accountable for safety, quality, and performance

+ Provide leadership coverage and adjust schedules in the absence of the Manager

+ Lead shift communications, handoffs, and escalation of operational issues

+ Promote a positive, respectful, and accountable work environment

+ Ensure shipping and receiving operations are executed accurately and on schedule

+ Enforce disciplined execution of SAP EWM transactions across all warehouse activities

+ Ensure accurate system confirmations for receipts, shipments, transfers, and material movements

+ Monitor system exceptions, errors, and suspense items, driving timely resolution

+ Support investigations related to finished goods, including shipping, receiving, and system discrepancies

+ Verify alignment between physical inventory movements and system records

+ Oversee dock operations, including trailer flow, staging, and material handling

+ Maintain real-time floor awareness to proactively address issues and minimize disruptions

+ Drive inventory accuracy and continuous improvement through KPI tracking, cycle counts, discrepancy resolution, and cross-functional collaboration.

**What we look for:**

+ 3+ years of people leadership experience across logistics, distribution, or manufacturing environments

+ Lead large-scale warehouse operations across all four crews, with direct responsibility

+ Oversee shipping and receiving functions with strong execution of daily warehouse operations

+ Utilize warehouse management systems, including SAP EWM or similar, to manage inventory and transactions

+ Track inventory through pallet scanning systems and lead investigations into scan discrepancies to ensure accuracy

+ Monitor and report KPIs and metrics, driving visibility and accountability across operations

+ Foster a positive, high-performance team culture while holding employees accountable to safety, quality, and productivity standards

+ Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges and improve performance

+ Leverage Microsoft Excel and reporting tools to analyze data, track trends, and support decision-making

+ Maintain flexibility to adjust schedules and provide leadership coverage to ensure continuous operational support

-Zone B: $81,300 - $152,100
