Compensation

Hourly Pay Range: $20.50 - $30.80 per hour

Compensation is based on several factors, including experience, qualifications, internal equity, and business needs.


Schedule
  • Monday-Friday
  • 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Full-Time Position
  • No regular weekend work

Position Summary

As a Customer Logistics Coordinator, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers while supporting daily freight and warehouse operations.

This role combines customer service, logistics coordination, freight handling, shipment processing, and warehouse support to ensure freight is received, processed, and delivered efficiently. You'll assist customers with freight drop-offs and pickups, operate warehouse equipment, process shipments, and work closely with operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service & Shipment Processing
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and shipment questions
  • Process customer freight drop-offs and pickups
  • Provide shipment status updates and freight information
  • Deliver a professional and responsive customer experience
  • Make outbound calls regarding freight pickups, deliveries, or shipment issues
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when necessary
Warehouse & Freight Operations
  • Receive and process inbound freight
  • Assist with freight staging and movement throughout the terminal
  • Load freight onto delivery vehicles as needed
  • Operate forklifts and warehouse equipment safely and efficiently
  • Inspect freight for damage and ensure proper handling procedures
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures
Documentation & Systems
  • Process shipment information using TruckMate and MyConnect
  • Complete shipping and receiving documentation
  • Maintain accurate shipment records and customer information
  • Assist with freight tracking and inventory documentation
  • Support daily operational reporting as needed

Minimum Qualifications
  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Experience in warehouse, freight, transportation, logistics, shipping/receiving, or supply chain environments preferred
  • Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills
  • Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn transportation software systems
  • Forklift experience preferred; training provided
  • Ability to safely lift 50-60 pounds
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

Physical Requirements
  • Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting
  • Regular operation of forklifts and warehouse equipment
  • Ability to lift and move 50-60 pounds
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions
