Tekberry is looking for a highly qualified and motivated Staffing Coordinator to work on-site with our client, a top-tier Fortune 1000 electronics company. As a W2 employee you will have access to health benefits.
Job Summary:
The Staffing Coordinator supports the Talent Acquisition team by managing interview logistics for 3 recruiters ensuring a seamless, high-quality candidate experience. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to operate efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews and phone screens across multiple time zones, including complex panel interviews; final interviews primarily onsite in Santa Rosa.
  • Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to align availability and logistics
  • Manage calendars, confirmations, and last-minute schedule changes
  • Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience through clear, timely communication
  • Maintain accurate data in iCIMS, our recruiting system, and track interview activity
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance candidate communications, streamline scheduling workflows, and identify process improvements
  • Support additional logistics: some reporting; escort interviewing candidates to their interview rooms

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1+ year of coordination or administrative experience (recruiting preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service-related skills
  • Experience with ATS and calendar tools (Outlook, iCIMS preferred)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Copilot or similar) to improve efficiency and process flow
