Responsible for supporting daily showroom and stockroom operations, including customer support, merchandising and stocking, shipping and receiving, warehousing, order fulfillment, inventory control, and records management. Assists in maintaining a clean, organized, and customer-focused retail environment while supporting inventory flow and overall operational success.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Front of House / Showroom Merchandising (25%)
Back of House / Stockroom Organization (20%)
Customer Service & Support (20%)
Heavy material handling (15%)
Shipping & Receiving support (10%)
Administrative support, data entry, and inventory transactions (10%)
Education Required:
High school diploma or General Education Diploma (GED).
Experience Required:
Previous warehouse experience. Knowledge of general warehousing, order filling, picking and packing, inventory control, and records management.
Experience Preferred:
Material handling equipment experience. Strong customer service experience. Previous merchandising and inventory management experience. Bilingual.
Licenses/Certifications Required:
Ability to obtain certification to operate forklifts and other material handling equipment.
Skills and Abilities:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong attention to detail, and organizational skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers, coworkers, and leaders.
