Shift(s): 

Monday – Friday 9:30pm to 6:00am

Pay: 

Base rate of $21.00/hour, plus a $2.50/hour shift premium. On top of that, our performance incentive programs let you take control of your earning potential! 

How Your Role Fits In 

As a Warehouse Lead at our Menasha Distribution Center, you are more than just a warehouse lead – you’re an MVP of our team! 

WOW Logistics is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented person for this leadership position.  The Warehouse Lead is responsible for the coordination and daily performance of the DC and reports directly to the Shift Supervisor. WOW Logistics is a drug Free Workplace, and the Warehouse Worker position is considered a safety-sensitive position.

What you’ll do:

  • Direct and assign hourly employee’s daily tasks
  • Provide feedback to supervision about employee behaviors to develop their attitude, work ethic, process and skills
  • Participate in the training of new or less experienced warehouse employees, as requested, and inform management of his/her progress
  • Ensure timely and accurate receipt of inbound inventory, cycle counts, inventory transactions and outbound shipping functions
  • Report damage to racks and other warehouse equipment to management
  • Operate material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner
  • Assist office personnel, including checking in/out drivers, inventory checks, BOL’s, Appointment calendar, and all other office duties as needed
  • All other duties as assigned

  • Physical Capability: Ability to lift 50-60 pounds safely and work in a fast-paced warehouse environment 
  • Experience: Previous forklift experience is a plus but not required – we’ll provide the training you need!
