Job description

About the role

As a Finance Manager at DP World, you will play a key role in enabling informed decision-making and sustainable growth within our Logistics operations. Based in Son in a hybrid setup, you will be part of the Finance team and an active member of the Site Management Team. Your work will focus on translating financial and operational data into clear insights, improving processes, and supporting strategic initiatives across local and global stakeholders. This role contributes directly to strengthening performance, efficiency, and long-term value creation within a dynamic, international environment.

How you will contribute

  • Lead the planning and control cycle, including long-term planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end reporting
  • Provide clear analysis and insights on financial results to support decision-making across site, regional, and global leadership
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities for productivity improvements, cost optimization, and commercial growth
  • Analyze financial and operational data to assess performance, highlight risks, and identify opportunities
  • Support capital expenditure planning, tracking, and evaluation
  • Contribute to business improvement initiatives and regional/global finance projects
  • Engage in commercial discussions to support business development and operational strategy

What you will bring

  • Experience in finance, business controlling, or a similar role, with the ability to interpret financial data, understand underlying drivers, and translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations
  • Strong analytical capability and familiarity with financial systems and tools (e.g. Excel and reporting/ERP systems), combined with an interest in process improvement and automation
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively across different stakeholders, translating complex information into practical advice
  • Business curiosity and a proactive, solution-oriented approach, with an interest in performance improvement, accountability, and understanding the broader commercial context
  • Experience in an international or multi-site environment, knowledge of accounting standards (e.g. IFRS), and confidence working in English (verbal and written)

Working at the cutting edge of Logistics, you'll always have new challenges and new problems to solve - curiosity and working together is essential. You will not work in a silo. Instead, you'll be part of a creative, dynamic work environment where you'll collaborate with supportive colleagues. There is always space for creative and unique points of view.
