Job description

About the Role:

Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of materials and products within a non-durable goods manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for coordinating inbound and outbound shipments, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with production and distribution teams to meet delivery schedules. The coordinator will oversee logistics operations during the shift, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards while optimizing transportation and warehousing processes. By proactively identifying and resolving logistical challenges, this role supports continuous production and customer satisfaction. Ultimately, the Logistics Coordinator contributes to minimizing costs and maximizing operational efficiency across the supply chain.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher in logistics, supply chain management, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination or supply chain operations, preferably within manufacturing.
  • Proficiency in using logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
