Job Overview

Seeking a Logistics Associate to support the Goleta, CA logistics team. This role is responsible for executing core warehouse and logistics operations while ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced, safety-driven environment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Perform material stocking, kitting, cycle counting, and inventory control activities

  • Package and ship materials in accordance with established procedures

  • Accurately execute all inventory and logistics transactions within SAP

  • Maintain compliance with Raytheon safety policies and PPE requirements

  • Support monthly logistics metrics related to stocking, shipping, and inventory accuracy

  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional logistics and operations teams

  • Maintain organized work areas and follow all departmental rules and regulations


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment

  • Hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (SAP preferred)

  • Strong understanding of warehouse safety standards and procedures

  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability

  • U.S. Citizenship required
