Human Resources Training Coordinator

We are seeking a positive, dependable, and detail-oriented coordinator to support new-hire training and HR processes.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and guide new hires through onboarding activities
  • Monitor self-study, licensing, and compliance classes
  • Proctor pre-exams and enforce testing procedures
  • Track attendance, course completions, and licensing results
  • Communicate class progress and concerns to managers
  • Coordinate training materials, schedules, instructors, and classroom logistics
  • Assist new hires with basic technology issues
  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee and training records

Required Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of HR, onboarding, training, or employee-support experience
  • 1–2 years explaining policies, procedures, or work instructions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong communication, organization, and recordkeeping skills
  • Experience handling confidential information
  • Ability to provide instructions, monitor classes, and enforce procedures
  • Dependable, punctual, positive, and comfortable working directly with new hires
