Position Overview
We are seeking a Logistics Operations Manager with a strong operational mindset to lead, coordinate, and continuously improve end-to-end logistics activities. This role is ideal for operations professionals who excel in mission execution, resource management, and leading diverse teams in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead daily logistics operations to ensure on-time, on-budget, and mission-ready execution
  • Manage customer Service Level Agreements "SLAs"
  • Routine reporting to Executive Management
  • Manage and develop frontline supervisors and operational team; establish clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards
  • Identify, implement and maintain employee development initiatives
  • Translate strategic objectives into operational plans and execution timelines
  • Monitor KPIs, readiness metrics, and cost controls; implement continuous process improvement
  • Documentation of Standard Operating Procedures "SOPs"
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams and external partners to remove operational obstacles
  • Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
  • Identify operational risks and develop contingency and mitigation plans

  • Strong technology skills including, ERPs, Microsoft, AI and Power BI
  • Experience using operational data to drive performance
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
