Assignment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $50000 – $55000 / Year

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Fully Onsite

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the corporate office, ensuring an organized, professional, and efficient work environment.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, vendors, and incoming phone calls.
  • Coordinate office supplies, inventory, mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Support facilities needs by coordinating maintenance requests, vendors, and office logistics.
  • Assist with onboarding activities, employee records, and administrative HR support.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, office events, and special projects.
